For logistical reasons we will need your full address please. 
We will not keep your details after the relay has taken part.

If you would like to run the entire relay route with the children please contact FOSB

Your address will only be used for the purposes of the relay race and will not be held after this event.  We need your address in order to plot the route.  Your address only will be plotted on a map alongside a number.
